Anju Kenge is a founding partner at Invictus IP. Advocate Anju is a practicing Patent & Trademark Attorney with a flourishing experience in the field of over 10 years. Anju has received a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Mumbai in 2005, a master’s degree in Environment Engineering from the University of British Columbia, Vancouver in 2008, and a law degree from University of Mumbai in 2017. Previously, she has been a founding partner of the law firm Cerebral Dimensions.
During her career, Anju has been actively involved in virtually all aspects of intellectual property law. Anju develops and executes worldwide patent and trademark protection strategies for a broad range of clients, from solo inventors, start-ups and small businesses to mid-size and large corporations. Anju has extensive experience in comprehensive and strategic client counseling, development of IP strategy, prosecution of patents and trademarks, negotiation of licenses, and technology transfers. Anju provides opinions on patentability, infringement, validity and valuation of patents. She has drafted and overseen the drafting of thousands of patent applications for chemical, mechanical, chemistry, biotechnology, environment, electrical, electronics, telecommunications, and software-based technologies.
Anju is a member of the Asian Patent Attorneys Association (APAA) since 2016. Anju is a registered government facilitator for patents & trademarks.
Prajakta Kotkar is a founding partner at Invictus IP. Advocate Prajakta is a practicing Patent & Trademark Attorney with a wide experience in the field of over 11 years. Prajakta received a bachelor’s degree in science specializing in microbiology from the University of Mumbai in 2004, and a law degree in 2007. Since then she has worked extensively in all areas of intellectual property law.
Prajakta has experience of proceedings in the High Court and the IPAB. She represents clients in a variety of intellectual property matters, including patent prosecution, trademark prosecution, various litigation matters, patent office proceedings, and IP licensing and transfers. Prajakta has also advised clients on copyright, trademarks and IP ownership issues. Prajakta has extensive experience in domestic and international patent, design, trademark and copyright portfolio management, including clearance, prosecution, licensing and enforcement. Her practice area includes drafting technology agreements including licenses, non-disclosure agreements, and IP transfer agreements. Prajakta is a registered government facilitator for patent & trademark.
